The NonBoardBoard, uh, Board.

Our leadership, in alphabetical order:

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.19.38 AMMitch Anderson- Vice President.  Beyond the wavy Hollywood hair, Mitch is a leader, he has a huge heart for helping nonprofit leaders and a knack for being there to help people just when they need him.  He’s very active in serving organizations like The Refuge Center and Bridges.  He’s a church elder, a UT grad (we think Univ. of Tennessee, not Univ. of Texas), and the founder and president of EFinancial AllianceGalatians 6:9

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.12.32 AMRegina Harvey- Treasurer.  Regina is equal parts sweet and smart.  She WILL give you a hug, and follow that up by putting together an incredible financial pathway to success.  She takes tons of notes and always has really intelligent questions one one hand, and shares incredible insight to help  you out on the other.  Even if you’re not related to her, you kinda feel like you are.  She’s the executive director of Dominion Financial, and serves a variety of community organizations in Rutherford County.  John 13:34

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.41.46 AMWynn Lembright- Board Member.  Wynn is kind of the Obi Wan Kenobi of NonBoardBoard. He’s patient, wise, and might be carrying a light saber.  He’s helped in leadership of nonprofit organizations like New Hope Academy, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Project Mercy, and others, and was a Vice President of Taylor University for the better part of 3 decades. It’s also rumored he has a degree from Princeton and played for the New York Giants in the pre-Super Bowl era. (Wynn doesn’t have a current headshot, so for now we’re going with this one that looks just like him, from Lost.) Proverbs 9:10

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.14.03 AMShannon Litton- Board Member. Shannon is all kinds of crazy amounts of ideas and energy.  She knows pretty much everyone, she’s a serial entrepreneur, and somehow has the ability to balance all of that with raising, like, 5 kids, some of whom were born on a different continent.  She’s great at recruiting speakers and writers for NBB, and is a great teacher.  She’s the founder/CEO of 5by5Agency and has helped over 200 companies with everything from rebranding to bilingual, multicultural marketing.  Jude 1:2

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.39.39 AMBrian Lord- President/Founder.  Brian was too lazy to be on more than one board, so he brought several nonprofit leaders together one day a month, and NBB was founded.  He realized he didn’t know as much as he thought he did, so he recruited great speakers who could help these nonprofit leaders better than he could.  He realized he could write decently, but others wrote better, so he asked those people to write blogs for the nonprofit leaders.  And he could only lead so well, so he recruited this amazing team of people you see here, because they love leading and teaching people to make an impact for Christ in the world. 1 Peter 4:10

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.15.07 AMBob Stout Secretary– If you were a Hollywood casting director and were looking for “CEO”, you’d cast Bob.  He’s tall, he’s got the glasses and the look.  Then you find out he’s a CEO in real life and an incredibly nice guy.  Bob brings in tons of real world experience leading companies and nonprofits to NonBoardBoard.  He founded The Words In Red, and is very involved with VisitingOrphansMark 10:45

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.16.12 AMJoel Widmer- Board Member. Joel doesn’t invent things so much as he just figures out how to do everything better.  He turns 2s into 4s and 9s into 10s. Every person or organization he comes into contact with gets better.  Joel is the content leader for the website.  In addition to creating so many of the posts you see, he also works in editing and recruiting other content creators.  He’s the founder of Fluxe Digital Marketing, writes numerous training programs for Udemy, and has consulted for everyone from Fortune 500 companies to movies to nonprofits. 1 Corinthians 14:33

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 7.17.33 AMChris Yount- Board Member.  Chris is a cross between Steve Jobs, Voltaire and Justin Timberlake.  He’s very the CIO of a technologically forward thinking company, he reads philosophy for fun, and is just a cool dude.  He’s lived in eastern Europe, teaches programming to inner city kids, and has tattoos in Latin. Chris created the site you see before you and does a great job at making this a tool that nonprofit leaders can use not just in the US, but all over the globe.  Ephesians 3:20-21
